Welcome to our WhatsApp eCommerce chatbot. By registering and using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

We provide a platform that connects customers with shop owners through WhatsApp. We do not facilitate payments, deliveries, or dispute resolution.

2. Shop Registration

To register, shop owners must provide accurate business details. We reserve the right to verify and approve shops before they go live.

3. Responsibilities

Shop owners must provide accurate product details, respond to customer inquiries promptly, and comply with all applicable eCommerce and business laws in Zimbabwe.

5. Compliance with WhatsApp and Local Laws

All products and services listed must comply with WhatsApp policies and Zimbabwean eCommerce regulations. Any violation may result in product removal or shop suspension.

6. Payment and Suspension Policy

Shops are required to pay the agreed platform fees on time. Failure to make a payment will result in account suspension for one (1) month. If payment is not made after the suspension period, the shop will be permanently removed from the platform.

7. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for disputes, transaction failures, or any losses incurred from using our chatbot.

8. Account Termination

We may remove any shop violating these terms or engaging in unethical practices.

9. Updates

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.
